Leading Investment Bank seeks a Development Manager with extensive experience working in the Financial Services Industry, ideally with Accounting experience and knowledge of Finance systems and JRules. You must have extensive experience of managing remote vendor teams with strong line management as well as project management skills. Exeprience with Java and Oracle is also preferable. You must have experience of working closely with Architects and be able to ensure that the remote vendor team implement the architecture and design and provide the remote team with direction and ensure software delivery standards are met. You will have solid experience in complex software design and delivery. Experience of Prince 2 and Agile project management and development methodolgies are also required.
