Development Manager- Fixed Income recruitment

Our client, a Global Bank is currently seeking to recruit a Development Manager (VP Level) for their Fixed Income Business in India, who would be responsible for facing of stakeholders globally managing a technology team.

Selected candidates will be responsible for

• Manage and promote relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, 3rd-party vendors and other groups within the organisation.
• Develop and deliver solutions according to the approved works programme with adherence to time, cost, regulatory and quality parameters.
• Remain abreast of technology and provide technology thought leadership, which is embodied in the IT strategy and architecture.
• Manage and provide leadership to a group of IT Professionals, including Developers, Business Analysts, DBAs and Configuration Analysts.

To be shortlisted for the role, you would have:

• 8 - 12 years of design, development and team leading experience in the financial services industry preferably in Fixed Income Rates Business.
• Capable of managing a team of 10-15 people with experience in structuring projects, planning programmes and implementing strategy.
• Works with limited direction from senior management to recommend policies and procedures and manage day-to-day support activities.
• Works with more senior team members on complex transactions/projects.
• Proven skills in handling large teams through the various SDLC life cycle models.
