Due to a busy forward order book a successful privately owned property and development company is now recruiting for a Development Manager with a particular focus on commercial and industrial sales. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with other senior property staff the role will assist with the identification and analysis of property for acquisition, liaise with development team during development process and ultimately be responsible for the sales campaign to ensure maximum return from the investment.
A senior property professional with experience in a similar development/sales position is sought. You will be comfortable converting inquires into direct sales, however you will also possess relationships with the major CRE agency sales teams. Knowledge of the NSW property market is an advantage as is previous experience working for a reputable developer.
