Development Program Engineer

The Development Program Engineer will plan, manage and support engine application, installation and development program activities. Also, this position will direct and participate in root cause and corrective action investigations. Key Accountabilities: Prepare costs, schedule estimates and manage project control accounts This position will also plan, manage and support development engine build and test activities Generate, develop and document engine-level requirements and allocate requirements to major sub-systems Identify engine level risks and develop and implement risk management plans Develop and manage engine certification/qualification plans and organize Manage and participate in product introduction gated reviews Rolls-Royce has a broad customer base comprising 600 airlines, 4,000 corporate and utility aircraft and helicopter operators, 160 armed forces, more than 2,000 marine customers including 70 navies, and energy customers in 120 countries.
