Development Project Manager
Cititec are working with a Tier 1 Investment Bank who are seeking a number of development Project Managers. The main responsibility will be to lead development streams to deliver projects within the space of front-office Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Markets (MM), Derivatives, Fixed Incomes (FI) applications including models and Risk Management tools.
The successful candidates will have 10+ years hands on experience in development of various software applications related to front office with the initial 4-5 years in pure technical roles
Technology:
- In depth knowledge of Java/J2EE, HTML/CSS, JSP/Servlets, JDBC, Struts framework, EJB and JavaScript
- Demonstrable skills on efficient database design and SQL scripting knowledge and performance tuning
- Working knowledge of application servers /webservers (Weblogic , JBoss and iPlanet)
- Designing applications for low latency, high availability uses
- Swings/.Net/C# knowledge is a plus
Domain :
- Knowledge of various treasury products, viz. FX, Money Markets, Fixed Income Derivatives, with extensive experience in one or more of these asset classes and up-to-date with market trends within Capital Markets business and technology dimensions
- Sound knowledge of concepts, calculation, valuation, products processes for a given asset class
