The main duties and responsibilities for the role are listed below:
• To manage the operational delivery of Senior Leadership development programmes to time and cost targets.
• Supporting the tendering of new contracts to secure best fit with operational processes.
• Monitor effectiveness and evaluation of leadership development activities.
• Manage selected partnerships and contracts in order to maintain standards and assure delivery.
• Manage all internal and external leadership development communications.
• Manage a Leadership Development Coordinator.
• Manage the budget to deliver all of the above.
