3 Do you have experience in Data Manipulation using Excel Spread sheets
This key role will help the Development group function more efficiently during its planned expansion and ramp up in engineering activity. Working within a multi-disciplined team the Development Team Organiser must be pro-active, resourceful and dedicated to meeting commitments to the highest level of integrity.
Principle Accountabilities:
The Development Team Organiser will provide a broad range of administrative and data management support to the Development Group and business Value Streams.
• Co-ordinate Non Disclosure Agreements’ (NDA) with external suppliers
• Maintain FRACAS status tracker
• Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms
• Facilitate procurement of items from approval through to order placement
• Attend meetings, capture minutes and actions and distribute accordingly
• Maintain and update Development team notice boards
• Assist engineers in generation and format of technical documentation
• Scan and file Qualification records to appropriate locations in project filing system
• Maintain and audit various documentation registers in accordance with Standard Work (SW)
• Maintain technical Test Rig Folders
• Update of various action lists
• Creating and updating various Project databases
• Logistics organisation to support Engineers performing off site testing
• Generation of new log books in accordance with SW
• Generate and maintain technical documentation trackers
• Additional Assignments appropriate to support Development and Test Rigs Engineers

• Is familiar with data analysis and consolidation, conditional formatting etc. in MS Excel
