Responsibilities

Job Title: Associate Development Training (ADT) Program Manager
Moody's Investors Service is currently lookinf for an Associate Development Training (ADT) Program Manager. As a Associate Development Training (ADT) Program Manager Provide development and delivery of technical and soft skills training programs, and a robust state of the art curriculum for MIS Associate Analyst population. This position serves as the internal strategic expert on technical training and development for new hires and current employees at the Associate Analyst level (AA3, AA2, AA1). Ownership of a meaningful on boarding program to be developed. Requires working with all levels of the organization globally including a high level of interaction with the PDT team in the regions, business units and HR's Campus Recruiting and Leadership Development team to systematically build and develop the analytical pipeline. Newly created responsibilities will include the career development of junior in-house analysts and the ability to provide an active talent management process.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership in the assessment, design and delivery of curriculum, and career development strategy for MIS Associate Analysts globally; training focused on professional and technical skills for Moody's credit ratings and research services
- Establish a globally consistent curriculum in support of training and development for new hires and current employees at the Associate Analyst level (AA3, AA2, AA1), and evaluate effectiveness of programs
- Ensure alignment of training strategy with Dodd Frank training and testing requirements as well as training requirement in other regulatory jurisdictions
- Participate in the design and development of core (Dodd Frank, Compliance and other regulatory requirement globally) e-learning curriculum
- Working with the LOBs, and other key stakeholders, assess the training and development strategy, needs and gaps as they relate to the AA training curriculum and development framework, and ensure it is aligned with MIS priorities
- Manage relationships with internal SMEs to ensure content is appropriately developed and on target for participant audience; counsel as required.
- Build strong partnerships across the MCO (Moody's Corporation Organization) departments offering training: HR LD; IT; Moody's Analytics, and special emphasis on Compliance.
- Create where required, and maintain training logistics, facilitator coordination, testing execution, performance metrics, budgets, and prepare user friendly measurement tracking and reporting.
- Strengthen new hire training program materials, and further develop a robust and meaningful on boarding program.
- Institute inter-divisional mobility program to retain "best and brightest"
- Build and provide an active talent management process to include a mentorship program, advancement criteria and career counseling to all program participants.
- Advise managers and AAs, and assist MIS with change management efforts as related to the ADT program

Qualifications
- 10+ years training and development experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Investment Banking or other financial firms Analyst/Associate training programs specifically in the design, development and delivery of training programs in a multinational company (ies).
- Strong execution and program management skills.
- Experience in influencing, coaching and partnering with managers to achieve desired results. Proven success at building credibility quickly at all levels of the organization including the executive level.
- Well-developed teambuilding, listening and influencing skills; unquestioned integrity and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), influencing and mentoring skills.
- Ability to cultivate strong collaborative working relationships and contacts within work group, across other company functions and with external organizations.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Highly motivated and self-directed individual who is tenacious in her/her methodology.
