Development/Risk Manager recruitment
The challenge involved in this role is to bring multiple developers from multiple business groups under one umbrella emloying Best of Breed principles . Due to expansion in this country and abroad, management of IT oversight and Risk is now viewed as critical to the ongoing success of this particular fund.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology development in an Investment Banking background and will be looking to employ those years of experience on the Buy-Side. You will be leading from the front rather than controlling. Experience in all aspects of IT risk in a variety of environments will be useful.A strong exposure and awareness of fixed income will be advantageous. Diversity of experience will be key in satisfying this particular mandate. Alternatively a background in fixed income market risk with exposure to technology issues could be a possibility.
This is a senior strategic position and is both advisory as well as a people management role, so we are looking for candidates who can add value from a strategic perspective.
