Position: Device Management and Trials Support Engineer
Location: Based in Putney, South West London
Salary: Up to £30,000 dependent on experience

Rockshore is a rapidly expanding consulting, software and managed service company, and is looking to grow its London-based Device and Trials Management and Support Team.
The role is a combination of managing trials of the firm's Device Management and Testing services, technical trouble shooting, on site support of customers and importantly management of the trials from end to end. The role offers a proven route to the broader Consulting team, and other roles within the wider business for individuals who are keen to learn and progress.
Functional skills Experience:
You will look to become the product expert predominantly in mobile device management (mainly related to iPhone and Android devices). You will also have experience of MS Exchange and other email services.
You will have managed customer pilots of Device Management solutions or similar software in the past. You will have experience acting as the main point of contact for Device Management queries from customers.
You will manage the interface with the customer in conjunction with our support teams. You will manage technical questions from other parts of the business and respond accordingly.
You must have a technology background and be comfortable to manage the configurations of the products.
Required:

· Excellent task tracking skills and organisation

· Customer facing and customer support experience
· Technical background
· Proven success in problem solving and issue resolution
· Experience of working with device management systems
Advantageous:
· Working knowledge of Active Sync, MS Exchange, iPhone and Android platforms
· Degree-level educated or a strong vocational record
· Minimum 2 years industry experience
