Diagnostic Sales Specialist
Job Purpose:
To represent all DiaSorin products, maintain base business, acquire new business, meet or exceed annual sales goals.
Essential Functions:
* Meet/exceed annual sales quotas
* Maintain call frequencies at hospitals, laboratories and physician accounts
* Submit all reports and paperwork in a timely manner
* Operate within reasonable budget limits
* Represent DiaSorin to the customer in a manner that demonstrates the highest degree of integrity
* Attain a practical understanding of each of our products, methodologies and competition
* Utilization of good selling skills that allows for the identification of need and presentations based upon identified need
* Good understanding and working ability in Microsoft programs
* Participate in team meetings, activities, etc.
* Promptly and accurately complete time cards
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science or equivalent
* Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing
* 3+ years applicable sales experience, capital equipment sales experience
* Must display ability to manage all aspects of sales cycles, including base business management, prospecting and targeting, forecast and funnel management, and closing business
* Experience working with distributors desirable
