Dialler Manager

Dialler Manager required for a leading Company in Belfast.
There is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced and equally skilled professional to take charge of a outbound dialler systems for their brands to ensure they meet, and even exceed, campaign targets and expectations.

This position assumes ultimate responsibility for establishing an overarching dialing strategy that ensures calls enhance customer experiences, are tailored appropriately to the different brands, deliver quality contacts and optimise right part contact rate, quote rate and conversion. In order to meet these criteria, you will need to take ownership of the planning process for agreeing monthly acquisition, retention and up-sell sales targets, and go on to recommend and implement the best time to dial in order to meet these objectives. By constantly reviewing and amending your strategy for the campaign, you will ensure that the team continues on the right course to achieve this, in the most sustainable, cost effective way.

Essential Competencies:
· 3-5 years dialler management experience servicing a multisite operation of which 1-2 years should be as Dialler Manager.
· Specialist technical skills to manage several dialler tools covering both predictive and progressive methodology
· Programming skills to produce bespoke reports from dialler
· Ability to train and develop Dialler Analysts and Administrator
o Proven track record in managing and optimising dialler performance
o Understanding of direct marketing
o Full understanding of commercial business targets
o Understanding of use of data and databases
. Self-starter with excellent levels of numeracy and strength of character to assume ownership of issues.
. Comfortable working in a matrix management setting.
. Line management and people development experience
. Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade
. Commitment to excellence

 Desirable competencies:
· Experience managing a range of diallers including AVAYA and Call Media systems.
· Experience of a campaign blending environment.
· Commitment to continued learning.
