GuildCare, an innovative community-based Adult Day Health Care Program providing services to adults with health care needs and vision impairments, is seeking a part time Dietitian/Nutritionist for its New York City location. Responsibilities include the assessment, development and implementation of nutritional care plans for registrants; interviewing registrants and/or family members to obtain dietary histories; overseeing meal services and providing dietary health education. A BS degree in Food and Nutrition, one or more years of experience in a hospital or health related facility and RD required. Must have experience working with the diabetic and elderly/disabled population and be computer literate. ADA membership or eligible for membership preferred. We offer a comprehensive salary.
