Job Description

Outdoor Hub has a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced digital media professional.  This position is a critical role with primary responsibility to manage and service campaigns to ensure accurate ad trafficking and contract fulfillment.

 

Responsibilities

·        Ensures campaign delivery, performance and advertiser goals are being fulfilled as contracted

·        Works with Account Managers in building out proposals for clients by providing inventory forecasts and media recommendations.

·        Works closely with Account Managers, Sales Staff, and Creative Department to ensure timely and correct implementation of custom executions.

·        Interfaces with client’s 3rd Party Ad Serving Systems (Doubleclick, Atlas, MediaMind, Pointroll, Eyewonder, etc) to ensure proper tracking of all planned advertising schedules

·        Modifies HTML creative code and third party redirects for proper tracking of delivered media

·        Reports to Director of Ad Operations on a regular basis on progress of advertising campaigns and helps develop optimization plans if needed based on the clients’ goals

·        Provides client-facing reports at certain intervals to show progress of media campaigns

·        Provides end of month reporting to Accounting Dept to invoice accordingly

·        Facilitate testing new technologies and rolling out new initiatives.

 

Required Qualification/Skills:

·        1+ years experience with publisher side ad serving and trafficking: Experience with Dart for Publishers is highly preferred

·        1+ years of experience in digital media and advertising

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player

·        Strong experience in trafficking multiple buy types: banners,  rich media, sponsorships

·        General IT knowledge including HTML preferred

·        Ability to handle heavy workload, mediating many demands and requests with strong problem

·        solving drive.

·        Smart, quick proactive learner with strong attention to detail.

·        Ability to work independently without close supervision and make decisions based on general

·        guidelines.
