Come join our Global Communications and Brand team as a Digital Asset Specialist. Great opportunity to work within established guidelines to oversee and maintain Digital Resource Library (DRL) and associated media files. This position will also manage relationships with internal and external partners and organize, monitor and maintain DRL assets and metadata.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee system upgrade and ongoing maintenance
- Vendor management
- Facilitate upload and download of asset files
- Manage access levels for system users
- Refine and maintain system organizational structure
- Develop training materials and guides to support use of the system
- Train and assist internal and external customers on DRL use
- Continued testing of DRL functionality
- Standardize formats and naming conventions for DRL assets
- Provide reports on DRL activities
- Fulfill digital asset requests (internal and external)
Other duties as assigned
- Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Resize image files
- Reformat image files
- Research image files
- Minor modification of existing images or files
- Burn CDs in small quantities (
- Compile images as requested

The Digital Asset Specialist position requires 1-2 years relevant experience and knowledge of relevant design and multimedia software. Must be efficient at utilizing Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Macintosh based desktop publishing software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark Xpress, and InDesign. Familiarity with MediaBin or other similar electronic catalog systems would be helpful.
