Digital Business Analyst
This major world-wide household name corporate is looking for a highly professional Digital Business Analyst - Marketing IT. This requires a digital brand and marketing specialist. This is an important position in the company and will to help shape the group's identity, process ownership and systems requirements, as well as fulfilling the role of a Functional IT Manager.
The aim of the position is to understand global business requirements processes and to identify business technology and process opportunities in the IT function, working with business IT managers to develop, implement and maintain solutions which deliver real business value.
The ideal candidate for Digital Business Analyst - Marketing IT will have the following attributes:
- Clear understanding of Digital Marketing, Digital Governance, Digital Collaboration, Online listening and Online Marketing Training. E-commerce
- Support the delivery of an Account Plan and IT roadmap for Marketing ( business drivers,IT tools etc)
- Manage stakeholders in marketing, brand and innovation management.
- Draws up strategy for the development and use of IT Technology and produce business models.
- Assists the Functional IT Account Manager to best practice and compliance
- Identifies and flags up regional/global differences for global solutions
- Assessing and evaluating new and proposed new products and services.
- Works closely with the IT Architecture function and its Solution Architects for the selection and development of solutions
- Leadership in developing and maintaining an understanding of the business application of IT in the function through an in-depth business understanding of the function and its processes
- Works closely with the IT Planner to ensure the IT Plan accurately reflects the business requirements for the coming period.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Business-facing IT experience in a global environment, preferably with a degree in an IT-related discipline
- Ability to interpret the business IT and functional strategies, understand the Group operating model, and the implications actions in one area have on other functions
- Extensive and substantial practical experience in interpreting business process management and business metrics
- Understand the background, issues and implications of company and functional strategic imperatives
- Project management, change management and lifecycle planning skills
- Experience: 6-8 years
- Education: A Degree at First Level
