Business Analyst - 6 month contract - London.
Business Analyst - 6 month contract - London. My client, a retail bank, are looking for a business focussed BA with experience in the end to end delivery of an online banking proposition. Successful candidates will have worked within browser development and/or mobile browser sites and will have worked within banking.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to write use cases, technical specs, road-maps and have a strong understanding of design principles and MI.
As a Business Analyst, they will have run workshops and managed stakeholders across different areas of a business - particularly in legal, compliance and product teams. Examples of gathering requirements and then working with a Solutions Architect to design a workable solution are key, as well as putting together a project plan in partnership with other stakeholders. Stakeholder management skills are paramount.
A past focus on customer experience would be beneficial, as the user journey is central to the mission statement of the projects in this space. You will be required to review specs with the UX lead.
It is key that you drive the requirement from the business and know how to create functional specs, analytical specs and review component models with a component modeller.
Finally, this is working on a mobile banking application, and as such a passion for the mobile platform is fundamentally important.
