Media Campaign Delivery Agency, with European HQ in London, requires a Digital Business Director to lead digital operations for a blue-chip client.

The Agency is a Media Communications Specialist, with worldwide coverage and a client portfolio the envy of many!

The Digital Business Director leads and directs all digital activities, spanning numerous facets of digital, including content, search, mobile and social. The client, a business software giant, predominantly utilises digital media making this a key appointment for the agency and client combined.

As a Digital Business Director you will play a pivotal role, developing strategies, overseeing execution of tactical campaigns, nurturing client relationships and managing a team of Digital Managers and Executives.

Principal accountabilities will include;

- Have a strong understanding of all digital services offered by the agency, particularly Search Marketing, Social Media and Mobile Marketing

- Support the management function and oversight of the client team, developing project management and execution of multi-country campaigns, ensuring exceptional client service throughout

- Foster a close and collaborative working relationship with the global teams, ensuring regional media programs are planned in harmony with global media activities

- Be the central client contact for all digital campaigns

- Attend client strategy meetings (digital or otherwise), present, train and educate clients in all facets of digital

- Review work quality of the team and constantly monitor team output, utilising Account Managers as day to day contacts for digital operations and output

- Ensure individuals managing campaign execution deliver core business objectives/results, revisiting strategies and core client KPIs

To be considered for this senior vacancy you must have the ability to champion ideas that push client and internal agency teams outside of their comfort zones in order to improve performance and constantly innovate. You will identify opportunities to grow revenue, overseeing the execution of those opportunities (from project and staff scoping to post campaign analysis and KPI tracking), taking entrepreneurial yet calculated risks that lead to significant gains for your client and agency.

Key skills Experience;

- 6 years+ of digital experience, ideally in a multinational/global capacity

- Commercially driven, with ability to identify and develop new revenue streams

- Exceptional project management skills (project scoping through to campaign delivery)

- Exceptional client relationship skills, especially with senior clients

- Strategically minded yet with keen attention to detail

- Exceptional leadership skills, including support and development of individuals in team
