About you
We are looking for a Senior Consultant in the Digital Change team to become an integral team member focussed on delivering innovative and high quality Digital solutions to our clients.
This is a client facing role which will allow you to work on a variety of Digital projects including Digital Transformation, customer and employee engagement and operational efficiency solutions.
We are looking for someone with:
- Energy and passion for Digital that goes beyond their work
- 3-5 years experience digital experience (consulting/ project work highly desirable)
- Creative and innovative problem solving capabilities that makes everyone go ' wow! '
- Behaviours that enable effective engagement with senior client executives / stakeholders
- Polished core consulting skills including communication, stakeholder engagement and project management
