Digital Content Delivery Manager

A leading player in the retail financial services space has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Delivery Manager to join their Digital Engagement team where they will be tasked with developing and implementing engaging and intuitive world class content across their site and to manage, lead and develop Content Executives to create a centre of excellence for digital content management.

In this role you will manage and enhance the day-to-day change process for the company website to deliver a top class digital change capability. You will support the SEO agenda ensuring that digital content and SEO initiatives deliver to requirements, ensure all content is developed inline with visual identity/brand guidelines and will be the CMS champion across the company acting as a turn to point for support for all CMS users.

To be considered for this role you will have extensive expertise in managing and working with content management systems, experience of digital marketing/media and digital customer experience development as well as a good understanding of digital and mobile technologies. Experience in influencing teams across a matrix organization is key.
