Digital Content Manager

Well-known global asset manager is looking for a Digital Content Manager to join a growing team within the business. The role requires someone to ensure all digital publication needs are met.

Key Duties

*Management of digital content publication across multiple platforms - primarily websites but also email, Apps and social media channels
*Track and report on activities to ensure that all expectations are met
*Support on broader digital strategic initiatives such as content strategy, new platform builds, metrics analysis and SEO related activities - to be driven by the manager of the team
*Respond to and resolve issues concerning the sites and their content
*Keep abreast of any product changes and marketing campaigns and proactively ensure these are represented and updated on the websites
*Keep up to date with Internet software developments
*Keep abreast of asset management best practice and monitor competitor websites
*Build and maintain strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ensure all websites and external communications adhere to those requirements, to include but not limited to the principle of 'treating customers fairly'.

Skills Required

*Around 2 years experience in managing digital marketing content within investment management
*Familiarity with content management systems and upload processes
*Familiarity with social media and email marketing platforms (SilverPop)
*Project management experience
*Desirable to have knowledge of HTML coding
*Some experience with design packages, e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Fireworks preferable
*Takes pride in ensuring work is accurate and has an excellent attention to detail
*Takes responsibility for own work - identifies changes in business which will impact change in website content, ensures work is accurate and to a high standard
*Able to work independently and on multiple tasks / projects
*Excellent time management and adherence to deadlines
*Strong communication and organisational skills
