Digital CRM and Sales Manager recruitment

About the challenge

In a role that is very much about driving our digital capabilities and enhancing the commercial performance of the digital sales channel and CRM operations, you will provide the impetus behind our online client acquisition, cross-selling and retention strategies. This is a diverse challenge, and with your focus on enhancing our digital CRM strategy, you’ll increase revenue and conversion rates; by making the Barclays International Banking digital proposition as compelling and accessible as possible. First of all, this will involve establishing where enhancements could be made and from there, getting the buy-in of colleagues across the business, developing and project managing the necessary solutions from beginning to end.

About you

Coming to us from a similarly fast-paced and competitive environment, you’ll need to combine solid digital CRM project management experience with a sales-driven approach and a clear commercial focus. Specifically, we are looking for someone with a proven track record of bolstering a firms CRM capability. Ideally with experience of the salesforce.com CRM or alternative CRM, and Exact Target. Just as important as technical know-how and analytical skills, will be the personal qualities you bring to the role. After all, your success will hinge on your ability to gain the trust and respect of colleagues at all levels and win people round to your way of thinking.
