For our growing team at the Development Center in Graz we are now looking for a digital design engineer (f/m), whose main responsibilities will be the development of block specification from the product specification, the design implementation and optimization for area, power, speed and robustness using HDL, the verification of the design using formal and functional verification methodologies, as well as test pattern development, optimization, and simulation for high test coverage.

In addition to that, you will have to perform the design sign-off based on static timing analysis and logic equivalence tools. FPGA-based prototype development, system evaluation and characterization with produced silicon, and digital support during system bring-up will also be part of your responsibilities.

Furthermore, you will have to contribute to the continuous improvement of the design methodology and development processes.

Being a team player is very important, since many of your tasks will need close cooperation with concept engineers, verification engineers, and test engineers.

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (http://www.feei.at/kollektivvertraege/kv_tabelle/). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
