You won't just be an average bog standard designer, you will be a true creative, someone who doodles whilst on the loo would be preferable! This person needs to be someone who can design and design well and quickly - anything from websites to Facebook, mobile apps and pitch visuals amongst other things. You need to also be a technical witch and wizard, preferably having taught yourself HTML 5. Experience in usability design would be brilliant as well as experience in illustrator, you will be a wizard/witch with the Adobe Creative Suite. Information Architecture, wireframing etc would also be great. Someone client facing with a good eye for design and a keen interest in designing for new platforms.
