Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist Job in Houston 77046, Texas US

Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks surrounding web-related operations including, but not limited to, managing Google AdWords, Yahoo/Bing and Facebook PPC campaigns, Google Analytics, all Social Media efforts (Blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Pintrest etc.) and Press Releases.  Duties will include writing copy, managing a significant budget for Internet Marketing and the corresponding online ad accounts and monitoring online consumer commentary for brand protection.

 

Additional duties will include writing for web and sales collateral content, video scripting, promotional copywriting support and data analysis tasks related to improving overall sales efficiency of the web site.

 

The ideal candidate must have excellent time management and project management skills, as well as a desire to work collaboratively with outside vendors and internal clients in a fast-paced independent environment.  Strong financial acumen, demonstrated knowledge and ability to manage within a budget.  Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines a must.

 

EDUCATION:

 

Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or Information Technology preferred.

 

EXPERIENCE:

 

·         2-5+ years of social media, new media or online communications experience, preferred.

 

·         Experience managing SEM campaigns

 

·         Experience designing web banner ads and content campaigns

 

·         Interactive, Web and Social Media skills

 

·         Knowledge of online technology with particular interest in blogs, and social networks

 

·         Knowledge of Social Media landscape, networks, toolsets and page design

 

·         Management of a professional blog for an organization and/or business

 

·         Strong communication, research, presentation and creative skills

 

·         Experience email marketing

 

·         Demonstrated stable work history

 

·         Experience researching and analyzing marketing campaigns in an effort to capture additional market share and impact revenue.

 

COMPUTER:

 

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and proficient knowledge of Google Adwords and Analytics

 

HOURS:

 

Full time, 40 hours per week,

Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Additional time as needed to finish required deadlines.
