AccuData Integrated Marketing, Inc is seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager responsible for planning, developing and executing digital marketing efforts and multi-channel campaigns for all segments of AccuData, as well as maintaining and enhancing the company website and assisting with design attributes of our e-commerce, production sites. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible to execute plans, contribute ideas and assist in exceeding strategic goals for the expansion of digital marketing campaigns and programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Optimize digital marketing efforts across the business including, SEM, SEO, display advertising, social media and email marketing.
•Research, plan, develop and grow multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for all segments of the business
•Create, coordinate and maintain the multi-touch, multi-channel marketing campaigns calendar and workflow. Meet deadlines for campaign implementation and execution
•Plan, develop and strategically carry out relevant and compelling multi-touch campaigns and promotions to include, content, images, landing page creation, SEM, SEO, display ad, social media program set up and alignment, as well as direct mail and email promotions to increase sales and accelerate the purchase lifecycle across channels and segments
•Work closely with department leaders and teams to achieve marketing goals and to develop new and engaging content
•Ensure that all campaign deadlines are met and maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders
•Communicate campaign objectives with the internal teams, obtaining input for product decisions and customer feedback
•Maintain company website content and updates and make enhancements to the marketing website as needed including metadata information
•Identify and implement website site and social media engagement enhancements needed to increase email list growth, decrease opt-out rate and increase email performance
•Assist and coordinate implementation of new marketing website and e-commerce site features as needed
•Assist in the compilation of reports when needed for budget and analysis of campaigns including all channels
•Analyze campaign performance (analytics and reports) across channels to continually optimize marketing campaign efforts through testing and make recommendations for improvements
•Coordinate and evaluate survey data
•Maintain open communication with sales leaders and managers to develop and assist with marketing strategies. Research and report on market trends, reseller trends and competition
•Maintain brand integrity in all campaigns and communications
OTHER DUTIES
•Provide copy support as needed
•Assist Marketing department in marketing tasks around new programs and products, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
•Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build/establish rapport with a diverse array of people
•Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing figures and dynamics
•Excellent planning, research, organization and analytical skills with the ability to summarize large amounts of content into important key findings
•Technical knowledge working with websites, email campaign design and execution, testing and implementation of on online features is a must
•Effective copywriting skills to create original, engaging, and targeted marketing copy
•Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Excellent communication skills as defined by proper grammar, spelling and context in written documents
•Exhibit a professional demeanor and be goal-oriented, self-motivated, creative, flexible and adaptable to new situations
•Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
•Critical and strategic thinking skills
EDUCATION
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or equivalent experience)
EXPERIENCE
•3+ years experience in web-based marketing, including email marketing and campaign development
•3+ years experience in database marketing that includes list segmentation, lead generation and direct response development •1+ year experience in digital marketing, utilizing social media, SMS, mobile technologies as part of marketing campaigns
•Experience with sales and marketing technology is a plus: Salesforce.com, Exact Target, and WordPress, HTML
