Digital Marketing Manager recruitment
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Australia, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy for HBAU which includes developing an 'Always On' digital strategy, maximizing service delivery from third party digital providers, leading and coaching team members, and driving digital innovation and new media.
Capitalizing on the fact that Australia is amongst the most digitally savvy countries in the world, the incumbent will be accountable for ensuring digital opportunities in Australia are maximized to build the HSBC brand, engage consumers, and grow our customer base. The ability to drive strategy, implementation and ensure delivery of quality on all tasks will prove key to your success.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring constant HSBC digital marketing presence throughout the year that increases brand awareness, familiarity and consideration;
- Providing digital support to all RBWM campaigns and brand;
- Developing and implementing HSBCs digital marketing strategy;
- Maximising service delivery of third parties providing digital marketing services to HSBC, including accountability for Digital Agency Management and evaluation;
- Leading and coaching team members to embrace digital marketing disciplines and excellence;
- Collaborating with campaign management teams to optimize digital marketing performance;
- Identifying digital challenges and opportunities across HBAU, whilst ensuring that Group and Regional digital marketing assets are leveraged and directives are appropriately implemented;
- Core internal and external stakeholder management.
Skills
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business;
- A minimum of eight years' experience in marketing;
- Strong experience in developing and implementing digital marketing.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to win the confidence of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to ensure marketing deliverables are achieved within budget and deadline.
- A solid understanding of the digital landscape and digital media buying strategies / tactics.
