CryoLife, Inc. currently has an opportunity for a  Digital Marketing Specialist in our corporate office in Kennesaw (NW Atlanta).

Founded in 1984, CryoLife, Inc. is a leader in the processing and distribution of implantable living human tissues for use in cardiac and vascular surgeries throughout the U.S. and Canada. The Company's CryoValve SG pulmonary heart valve, processed using CryoLife's proprietary SynerGraft technology, has FDA 510(k) clearance for the replacement of diseased, damaged, malformed, or malfunctioning native or prosthetic pulmonary valves. The Company s CryoPatch SG pulmonary cardiac patch has FDA 510(k) clearance for the repair or reconstruction of the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT), which is a surgery commonly performed in children with congenital heart defects, such as tetralogy of Fallot, truncus arteriosus, and pulmonary atresia. CryoPatch SG is distributed in three anatomic configurations: pulmonary hemi-artery, pulmonary trunk, and pulmonary branch. The Company's BioGlue Surgical Adhesive is FDA approved as an adjunct to sutures and staples for use in adult patients in open surgical repairof large vessels. BioGlue is also CE Marked in the European Community and approved in Canada and Australia for use in soft tissue repair. The Company's BioFoam Surgical Matrix is CE Marked in the European Community for use as an adjunct in the sealing of abdominal parenchymal tissues (liver and spleen) when cessation of bleeding by ligature or other conventional methods is ineffective or impractical. BIOGLUE AestheticMedical Adhesive is CE Marked in the European Community for periosteal fixation following endoscopic browplasty (brow lift) in reconstructive plastic surgery and is distributed by a third party for this indication. CryoLife distributes HemoStase a hemostatic agent, in much of the U.S. for use in cardiac and vascular surgery and in many international markets for cardiac, vascular, and general surgery, subject to certain exclusions.

 

Objective:  

Interactive Marketing Specialist will work closely with Marketing Communications team members and Product Managers to develop, execute, maintain and evaluate global digital strategy activities. Develop digital communication programs that support the marketing objectives of the business team in a manner that utilizes best practices, and provides strategic and creative excellence that is both effective and efficient.

Responsibilities:   

Advise, recommend, plan and coordinate the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, initiatives and projects that deliver against key sales and marketing goals to enhance CryoLife s brand position and increase sales. Oversee online creative development for banners, landing pages, microsites and other campaign elements including layout, design and functionality. Analyze effectiveness of marketing programs against target metrics. Report results and provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness. Work collaboratively with MarCom and Marketing colleagues to ensure that all offline marketing activity is represented seamlessly online. Work with MarCom peers to develop online campaigns designed to drive increased traffic to CryoLife websites. Collaborate with MarCom and Marketing team members to ensure CryoLife websites are maintained with new relevant content. Manage The Ross Community website, work with Medical Relations to regularly post blog entries and e-mail updates to community members. Oversee the development and maintenance of CryoLife mobile apps. Advise marketing teams on how to incorporate digital marketing initiatives into their marketing programs e.g. SEO, SEM, social media, e-mail marketing etc. Ensure the capture, maintenance and usage of customer information is in line with data protection requirements, and supports marketing automation efforts. Assure sales literature, training and promotional materials incorporate e-marketing elements. Manage the use of Constant Contact and collaborate with Marketing team to create effective e-mail campaigns that support Marketing and Sales objectives. Assist Medical Relations with online promotion of The Ross Summit and correspondence with attendees before, during and after the meeting. Develop a strong working relationship with key partners such as CTSNet.org and JVascSurg.org to maximize the return on CryoLife s sponsorships/advertising.

 

Requirements:  

Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications/Marketing. Diverse digital marketing experience (3-5 years) in ecommerce, mobile, email and search marketing. Advanced understanding of digital marketing tools/practices and web analytics. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.

 

Hours:  

8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
