This digital agency is at the forefront of Video-on-Demand (VoD) and Connected TV solutions services, working with the major broadcasters and also a range of non-broadcasting clients. They are looking for a digital producer to co-ordinate implementation of new services and to work closely with the user experience, design and software development team.
THE ROLE
This innovate agency is looking for a digital producer to be a key point of contact for clients throughout the project delivery. The digital producer will be required to help manage clients and co-ordinate activity in the delivery of projects. On a day-to-day basis, the digital producer will be involved in the following:
- Analyse and document client requirements
- Manage the project library across the team
- Work closely with clients to complete acceptance testing
- Liaise with internal delivery teams
- Develop wireframes, sitemaps, simple prototypes etc to define client requirements
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal digital producer will have experience of basic information architecture and wire-framing, basic Microsoft Office skills and experience of managing and delivering User Acceptance Testing with clients. Specifically, the agency are looking for a digital producer with the following experience/characteristics:
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Great team-worker
- Flexible and adaptable
- Passion for and knowledge of IT and the internet
