Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead agency team in all areas of digital timelines and deliverables.
- Properly manage internal agency and client expectations with the Account team to ensure alignment in digital work process and work deliverables.
- Proactively coach Account Service and our Client partners in our digital systems and processes to positively impact the work.
- Provides the Project Manager with input and updates on project scope, schedules, status, internal resource needs and vendor pricing for the aspects of the digital projects that they manage.
- Works closely with the Creative and Development department to ensure creative execution aligns with specifications for programming and technical requirements.
- Ability to integrate complex campaign initiatives leveraging cross platform technologies.
- Respond quickly to team needs, potential problems or issues.
- Keeps relevant tracking systems up to date on all projects.
- Coordinate all details of development and QA testing on digital projects.
- Manages digital vendors as well as in house and/or freelance developers.
- Scope internal budgets and estimates for digital projects including all outside costs.
- Develop an understanding and knowledge base of Saatchi and Saatchi X capabilities, resources, and standard in-store and digital marketing projects.
- Maintain a thorough documentation of communication for all digital projects.
- Provide regular status updates to the Account Supervisor and to the Project Manager.
- Manage client expectations at an execution level for all digital projects.
- Develop and mentor the Digital Production Coordinator.
Education Required/Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field
Experience Required/Preferred
- 5 years Digital Production experience at and agency or has demonstrated knowledge base and skill sets of duties and responsibilities as described above servicing fortune 100 companies.
Specific Skills Abilities
- Demonstrates digital industry expertise and knowledge
- Solid understanding and experience with microsites, banners, email campaigns, social media marketing, mobile platforms, SMM, SEM and ecommerce.
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS and Flash
- Strong understanding for emerging technologies digital space and digital best practices.
- Extensive knowledge of web technologies and constraints, web development process, especially design and production processes.
- Excellent time management, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to proactively solve problems
- Ability to positively influence, inspire and lead others cross-functionally
- Ability to delegate
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
