Duke Razorfish, a creative digital agency specialized in online strategies and social media marketing and part of Vivaki and Publicis Groupe, is looking for a senior Digital Project Manager, Dutch speaker. (located in Paris – Levallois)
CDD vacancy with a CDI option
Within a team of 8 members, you will be working for a very progressive and innovative car brand. You will be in charge of the campaigns strategy, coordination, conception, production and on-time delivery as integrated part of the full media approach.
You will be the contact point for partner agencies based in the Netherlands and France and a key figure to the technical and creative departments working on innovative digital campaigns.
You will manage the overall production and projects follow-up. You will be responsible for project planning and organisation and you will report to the account manager.
You will work closely with the account management staff to create proposal materials for new business opportunities. This includes working as part of the team to help generate interactive creative ideas, estimate project resources, production timelines, technical documentation, scope of work documents and any other production needs.
Requirements
At least HBO (preferably marketing, digital communication) 2/3 years experience as a Project Manager or Producer in a digital agency ( digital / Social media, CRM,…)
To be able to understand techniques as flash/html(5)/php/ and to translate these into strong and stable project requirements and planning.
Should be able to write functional specifications, and technical specifications in collaboration with the IT project manager
An excellent planner, detail-oriented, proactive, rigorous and a team player
Excellent in Dutch and English, very advanced in French.
Experienced working with project management tools would be an advantage.
An interest in automotive would be nice.
