We are seeking a Digital Project Manager for our client, a full service digital advertising agency, in the Seattle area. The PM will work onsite 1-2 days per week with a high profile client.  

POSITION OBJECTIVES: 

The Project Manager is an ambassador of the agency in regards to the relationship with our clients.  The PM serves a triple role as the client liaison officer, marketing advisor, and the eyes and ears of the agency's Account Services team. The PM is the primary day-to-day contact for the client, and owns client satisfaction and health of the project.  The PM is a team leader that evokes thought leadership and exceeds client expectations through strong communication and project management.  The PM is responsible for maintaining Agency's high level of standards, and remains true to its vision and culture. 


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 

*Manage and deliver projects on-time and on-budget.  
*Manage client relationships and set appropriate expectations  
*Proactively seek to understand the methodologies and processes and strive to deliver solutions using those standards  
*Lead the internal team and clients by helping the teams apply agency's thought leadership in ways that will deliver on our clients' business goals in innovative ways 
*Own the development of the Creative Brief  
*Manage billing process for the account by working with Accounting dept. to understand invoices and financial health of the client relationship.  
*Establish good internal working relationships among peers to ensure the best solution for the client by knowing and communicating plan, budget and objectives 


CLIENT DELIVERY 

*Proactively manage client relationships by acting as a strategic advisor to the client using a keen understanding of the client's business and marketing objectives  
*Develop marketing/communications plans for the account  
*Collaborate with clients  to develop clear business objectives, high impact digital marketing programs and measurement of those programs  
*Deliver strong and compelling communications (including presentations) providing context and rationale for the client  
*Approve  oversee all deliverables on the account ensuring that they deliver on-brand, on-strategy and that the client understands the context and rationale  
*Act on the client satisfaction results for the account, ensuring quality improvement plans are developed and executed  
*Support the Account Director or Director of Client Services in the development of strategic client planning and staffing needs  
*Ensure consistent measurement of digital program success and help clients assess ROI by utilizing metrics and KPI's   
 
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT 

*Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with existing and new clients by selling ideas that align with client's business, consumer and brand objectives  
*Understand revenue growth targets  
*Assist in Statements of Work process while ensuring timely turn around for clients  
*Proactively review the SOWs with clients to ensure that they understand their responsibilities to the success of the project  
*Assist the Account Director / Account Manager in developing the strategic client plan and assist in guiding efforts against the plan to guide agency's strategy  engagement with the client 
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

*A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications  
*Demonstrated business development and team management skills  
*Strong understanding and working knowledge of interactive marketing  
*Retail client experience 
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

*5 years experience in Interactive and Digital Marketing or a minimum of 3-5  years of marketing strategy experience (brand management or agency experience preferred)
