Digital Proposition & Design Manager

A Global Financial Services company requires a Digital Proposition Design Manager to come onboard to develop a best in class digital experience for their customers who sit at the heart of the company's strategy. The primary purpose of the role is to define and drive forward the UK consumer digital experience and engagement ambitions. This will include supporting the implementation and ongoing evolutions of a cohesive UK digital customer experience strategy, working with key stakeholders to define and deliver key digital roadmaps, defining and delivering against key customer engagement objectives and ensuring the end to end digital experience for customers is continuously optimized.

To be considered for this role you must have expertise in online customer experience and content management processes, knowledge of digital technologies including tracking, optimization tools, mobile communications, planning and media buying. Excellent stakeholder management experience as well as strong coaching, mentoring and people development skills are essential as is experience of influencing teams across a matrix organization at senior level. Financial Services experience is desirable though applicants from Telecommunications and Utilities industries will be considered.
