Digital Sales Manager ( Mobile Video Network)- START UP Job in London, London UK
A highly reputable US based premium mobile video network is launching their premium Mobile Video/ Connected TV advertising in Europe and require an experienced Digital Sales manager to deliver their multi-platform advertising revenue stream to a specified portfolio of agencies and clients in the UK.
Based in London and working in a dynamic START UP capacity in a recently established and talented sales team the Digital Sales Manager will develop and execute against a mobile advertising sales strategy by educating, evangelising and raising awareness of this clients mobile proposition in the advertising marketplace.
Responsibilities will include:
- Drive the Mobile revenue stream from the designated agency and client patch
- Carry a personal revenue number
- Maintain a high levelof market engagement, within agencies and clients
- Work with the BD Director to provide market feedback on inventory needed and in the network
- External evangelism of mobile advertising.
- Coordinate with the European Operations Director to provide innovative ad formats
- Manage and lead a successful Account Plan for the Agencypatch
Required Experience:
- Digital sales / adnetwork experience (digital) or media owner background preferred
- 5-8 years of media sales experience,
- Understanding of the mobile advertising industry, landscape and potential preferred although not essential
- Strong product and solution selling
- Previous sales experience and cross-team collaboration
- Managing a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Formulating account plans / penetration strategies, customer opportunity maps and proposal delivery schedules.
- Presentation skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Statistical and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify critical issues and drive for quick resolution.
- Ability to see big picture while effectively managing details.
