As the Room Leader in the Kindy room you will be responsible for providing quality education and care that meets the needs, interests and abilities of each individual child at the appropriate level. You will be planning, implementing and evaluating high quality programs for the children. You will also be providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to other childcare workers as required.
To be successful in the position you will need to:
- Be qualified to Diploma level in childcare or equivalent
- Enjoy being part of a friendly team
- Have proven experience working in a childcare centre
- Have good communication skillls
- Have your National Criminal History Check, current First Aid Certificate and Child-Safe Environment training.
