The 59 place long day care program positioned in the beach side of Bondi has a position open for a Diploma Qualified Child Care Educator to join the team of early childhood professionals initially in the toddler program. Your strengths will be in the commitment to an emergent program (EYLF) that focuses on the child's interests, strengths and needs. This service is well resourced, well maintained with all the resources and time you need to plan effectively.

Must have's:
- Diploma Qualification or equivalent recognised by DoCS
- Current First Aid training
- Understanding of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Commitment to the Early Years Early Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Prior experience working with children aged 2-3 years of age
- Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal
- Committed team focus
