My client is extremely focused on delivering the best service possible in an Early Childhood setting and sees team members as the most valuable resource at the centre. The Director of this centre is 100% committed to providing a fulfilling and professional management environment that encourages initiative, feedback and the delivery of excellence in child care.

I am currently looking for a candidate holding their Diploma in Children’s Services for this 39 place centre located in the Liverpool Area. The centre boasts modern resources for both the children and staff as well as staffing well above ratios. This position is with the 0 to 2's group, caring for up to 15 children each day.

Ideally, my client would love to meet with someone who is organised, creative and can effectively lead a team.

Duties Responsibilities of the role are:
• Maintaining a high quality standard of care throughout the centre.
• Being a dedicated and responsible team member.
• Assistance with programming, observations and daily diary
• Accreditation preparation.
• Liaising with parents
• Caring for the needs of children aged 0 to 2 Years

Qualifications Required:
• Diploma in Children’s Services
• Current First Aid Certificate.

Experience Required:
• Minimum 12 months experience working in child care
