As a Software Quality Assurance Director you will be responsible for managing a globally dispersed team of Software Quality Test Analysts, Test Engineers and Test Coordinators for Enterprise and User Acceptance Testing. You will be expected to contribute and influence the process changes throughout SDLC and drive the delivery of products with highest quality. This role is expected to have a big-picture vision and develop the best practices across SQA. You must be able to communicate with all levels from an analyst to the Executive leadership in IT and Business Partners. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in a fast-paced, demanding environment with experience managing global quality assurance teams that build and utilize robust, scalable test platforms and tools. This Director will manage a team of approximately 30 that includes staff and contractors, and is also responsible for the development of the staff within their span of control.
