JOB SUMMARY
This position will supervise the server and network systems groups. The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership to the areas of customer service and the technical operation of the Health Quest Information Technology (IT) Department. The leadership provided will consist of planning, analysis, reporting, standards, policy, and staff development of those departments supervised. Additional responsibilities include leading the budgeting and forecasting process as they relate to the IT technical operations, as well as ensuring that all IT technical projects are developed and completed with quality, timeliness, and focused appropriately on the impact to the hospital. This position will be a key to the IT leadership team, providing insight and expertise related to areas of responsibility as well as supporting and developing the direction of the IT department as a whole.
1. Bachelors of Science Degree and a minimum of three year of appropriate experience, or a combination of education, certification and experience (5 years) with a demonstrated competency in related core IT areas.
2. Strong organization skills with accurate attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi- task.
4. Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills to support team philosophy.
5. Meets hiring criteria and must be able to produce at least two employment references.
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Prolonged periods of sitting in front of a terminal on a daily basis.
