Crown Point CILA (CTF) needs direct care staff to assist individuals with developmental disabilities with daily living skills and individual training goals in group homes. Looking for self motivated staff who will advocate for the needs of residents. Shifts available on evenings and overnights. Must be available weekends and holidays. Must be at least 18 years old w/ HS diploma or GED. Requires successful completion of criminal background check. Requires valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record.
