Function Overview
The DCC APAC Program Manager will be responsible for turning a business case and a set of high level operating models into a detailed program of deliverables that will result in a DCC capability being established in a range of APAC target markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the contribution to the plan from all stakeholders. This will entail close co-ordination with key managers from Technology, and Operations and any other impacted teams to ensure that the project receives appropriate levels of support throughout the lifecycle of design, development, testing, training and implementation. The role will require you to work closely with Technology and Operational Project Managers who will be working on sub-components of the program. The role does not require duplication of their efforts, but it does require oversight, and where necessary, hands on advice to solve key issues. The role requires effective coordination, to understand inter-dependencies with other work-streams and mitigate against potential blocking points.
