The RoleSupport business growth through active sales and pipeline development for the market leading direct/local custody business for JPM and existing clients of the Custody business and, where appropriate, for additional third party Institutional Investors and Financial Institutions.

Responsibilities:Develop and execute global sales strategy and value proposition for existing and future DCC markets - both for inbound and outbound opportunitiesLead RFP/RFI and presentation support to prospects including pricing and contract managementLead deal team and coordinate with RM/Sales (Investor Services Distribution Organisation) and country teams including due diligence visitsWork closely within J.P. Morgan's Global Corporate Bank/IB team's
to develop DCC/cross product opportunities for TSS/IB and leverage existing senior relationshipsDeal structuring and reviewIdentify new target markets and client segmentsManage and facilitate coordination with the markets and various business functions to ensure smooth implementation of new businessWork closely with DCC country heads to evolve and develop a market leading product

Qualifications
Qualifications:Minimum 5-7 years in the securities services business, and direct experience with selling sub-custodyA recognized industry expert with excellent market and product knowledgeDemonstrate ability to partner well and work across multiple business linesExcellent analytical and communication skillsStrong knowledge and understanding of clients' needs, strategy and gaps to identify service solutionsStrong relationship with global top tier names (Banks and Brokers) in region, working experience with these names from a sub-custody/securities services perspectiveAbility to manage at a senior executive level and develop relationships with different business lines and different buying influencers (Network, Operations, Business Heads)Pro-active relationship building both internally and externallyOwnership and accountability to support aggressive growth targetsJPMorgan offers an exceptional benefits program and a highly competitive compensation package.
