Direct Debit Administration Clerk
A new vacancy for Direct Debits Administrator has become available for a very successful and market leading company in the High Wycombe area. This is a very fast paced role that requires someone with initiative and the ability to problem solve. The role will be working within a team of 8 and offer a great opportunity to advance your career with training and future growth into other areas of accounting. You will have strong experience in Direct Debit payments / processes. You will also be able to demonstrate and carry out the following activities :-
- Sorting post / viewing Central System for credit applications and bank mandates relating to Direct Debit collections.
- Set up of all new customers using information on their credit application form.
- Distribute various reports that are required daily/weekly.
- Dealing with queries via email/ telephone
- Send out Direct Debit Welcome/Unpaid letters
Skills and personal attributes:
- Educated to GCSE Standard ( Maths and English essential)
- Minimum of 12 months Direct Debit account management experience
- Keen Team Player
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- High level of numeracy and accuracy
- Good communicator
- PC literate with a good knowledge of support systems i.e. Excel, Word (Intermediate), and Windows based applications
- Able to manage change
- Flexible
- Target driven
