Direct, Dedicated Account Manager recruitment
Overview:
• Develop and execute account plans for a designated sales territory to ensure retention while widening the product line or increasing the "share of client."
• Retain and/or grow each client's revenue base and be able to forecast concisely.
• Maintain strong relationships within client organizations at the decision-maker and end-user levels; present a consistent Reuters image to those clients; build high levels of client satisfaction; execute proper client agreements (contracts).
• Achieve assigned sales and retention objectives. Reduce cancellation rate and be able to forecast concisely.
• Coordinate the support provided to clients by functions within and outside the team while calling in product and market specialists as appropriate. Be proactive in the training of new/old products.
• Ensure appropriate customer satisfaction levels for assigned accounts, including installations, ongoing support, training and invoicing. Call every assigned account at least once per quarter.
• Maintain accurate, in-depth account databases (providing day-to-day information to Sales Management through status reports).
• Continually build knowledge and skills to keep pace with market trends.
• Compile detailed and accurate sales forecasts for presentation to Sales Management.
Responsibilities:
Make 25 client calls per day, 40 virtual meetings/month, engage with clients thoughtfully, research/plan/execute strategy for net revenue production in book of business, ensure customer satisfaction including resolution of billing and other account administration issues, complete all required skills, content and product trainings.

Skills
Education:
College Degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
Required Skills:
3-5 years experience in a sales role, demonstrated track record of success in sales, strong knowledge of capital markets, excellent sales skills including the ability to create and build relationships, as well as close business start to finish independently, strong listening negotiation and presentation skills, good organization and time management skills. knowledge of TR products is a plus.
