Direct Mail Coordinator Job in Westbury 11590, New York US

Award-winning promotional product distributor Motivators.com seeks a passionate and creative Direct Mail professional who can keep up with a fast-paced environment in a fast-growing organization. This is a permanent full-time position not tied to any campaign cycle.

Description of the Position

The Direct mail Marketing employee’s primary responsibility is to help create our direct mail catalog, work with our appropriate teams, and manage the campaign process from start to finish. Preparing our quarterly catalog will be done individually and as part of a larger team, but always under the supervision of a more senior account executive. Typical activities in completing this work include:

· Conducting research pertaining to each mailer to increase the ROI

· Preparing timelines and budgets

. Creating, developing, and managing collateral materials

· Writing direct mail and related marketing material copy

·Develop, provide creative input, and coordinate the execution of our direct mail catalog, and materials including catalogs, brochures, direct mail pieces, tradeshow material, and other forms of marketing collateral.

· Liaising between graphic artists, and sales and merchandising managers to make revisions and arrive at a finished product

· Serving as both a primary and secondary point-of-contact for vendors

· Provide general marketing assistance as requested

Qualifications

Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skill, knowledge, personality, and attitude for this job will qualify applicants for this position. This will likely include:

Must have prior working experience with  creative direct mail marketing and/or  catalog development

· Bachelor’s degree

· Direct Marketing experience creating and developing catalogs and collateral material.

.Produce and manage all production material from beginning to end

· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of software, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint

· Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

· Proven ability to work independently, be well-organized, detail-oriented, and multi-task

· Enthusiasm for communications, marketing, and/or the creative arts

· Strong desire to learn and willingness to be taught

. Ability to take the initiative and lead a group with our supervision.
