Direct Marketing Manager

As Direct Marketing Manager you’ll report to the Head of Marketing Communications. You will develop the customer contact strategy and manage the implementation of all below-the-line communications for retail and corporate markets that:

You’ll also develop and implement Ulster Bank’s direct communications strategy, including retention and mandatory and business critical activity for both Retail and Corporate Markets. You’d also work closely with Heads of Product Management to deliver strategic customer initiatives to support the achievement of the business objectives of Retail and Corporate markets. Working collaboratively with the Marketing Strategy, Customer Insight and Planning teams you’ll deliver effective business leads to the retail branch network and manage the delivery of communications. These are critical to ensure any changes to the provision of products or services to customers are communicated clearly and in compliance with all relevant legislation and regulation.

As Direct Marketing Manager you will have an extensive record working in a dynamic industry at management level. Being from a high volume technical Direct Marketing environment, you’ll have experience of and ability to lead a team. Due to the competitive environment, priorities may change so you’ll need to remain focused on key deliverables against demanding time deadlines.
