Job Title: Direct Sales Executive
Salary: £23000 OTE
We are looking for an experienced B2C sales individual to join up a small and friendly sales team, whose purpose is to generate sales of residential second charge loans, regulated mortgages and commercial loans/mortgages.
Training and career prospects are excellent. The successful candidate will receive role based training, and the opportunity to study for an NVQ and/or industry specific qualifications.
Shifts will be rotational between the hours of 9am and 8.30pm, Monday to Thursday and between 9am and 8pm on Friday. Successful candidates will be flexible to these hours.
Duties:
Contacting existing customers by telephone
Delivering prepared sales scripts
Identifying the customers’ needs
Data entry and maintenance of company systems
Maintaining a sales pipeline
Developing additional business opportunities where available
Maintaining good customer relations
Performing in-line with the Company’s core values
Skills Required:
1 years experience of selling secured loans in a telephone based environment
Experience from working on a dialer
Good keyboard skills
Excellent telephone and listening skills
Excellent organisational skills
English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) – Grade C or above
