This is a Field sales position with excellent opportunity for advancement. The organizations goal is to Increase product penetration in designated territories through sales to existing and new residential customers. Sell and promote organizations products with focus on video, high-speed internet and phone services.
- Demonstrates strong understanding of organizations telecommunications products, promoting and selling offerings to individual customers by knocking every door within assigned territory and/or participating and representing Company at large events.
- Display thorough and recent competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing, and campaigns for video, high-speed internet, and phone service.
- Communicates and develops rapport with customers. Evaluates customers' existing and potential product needs and makes recommendations.
- Increases customer understanding of organizations products and pricing as well as competitive advantages over other service providers.
- Meets and exceeds sales goals as established by local market.
- Independently establishes and organizes daily sales activities.
- Generates business through established and approved creative methods of lead generation.
- Uses effective sales closing techniques to ensure product installation goal is achieved.
- Has a proven track record of success in outbound sales environment with emphasis on business to consumer sales.
- Displays thorough understanding of video, high-speed internet, and phone services.
- Possesses impeccable communication, organization, and people skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
- Illustrates strong technical capability (computer knowledge, billing system, databases).
- Ability to work independently while using good judgment and discretion.
- Evening and weekend hours required.

· Base Salary-30K/Total Target Compensation-70K Plus/Full benefits provided.
