DIRECT SUPPORT MANAGER
Kankama Association Incorporated is a well
established, not-for-profit organisation that
provides day services to adults with an
intellectual disability across the Mornington
Peninsula.
We are seeking an energetic person to use their technical interpersonal and conceptual skills, to plan, organise and lead our committed team of direct support workers. The Direct Support Manager will be responsible for Individual Support Planning, Service Delivery Development and Direct Support Operations.
The successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification (Diploma level minimum), as well as experience at senior management level.
A sound working knowledge of relevant industry legislation, standards and other literature is expected.
Directly answerable to the CEO, the Direct Support Manager, will enjoy working with an organisation that values professional development and strives to provide a positive work environment.
Remuneration begins at $60K gross per annum, subject to relevant qualifications and experience.
Salary Packaging is available subject to eligibility. A satisfactory national police name check is mandatory for employment in this position.
