Direct Tax Assistant (m/f) Swiss Hubs
Not just any job: You will support the Transfer Pricing Manager Swiss Hubs in securing the link between the business in the Swiss-based supply chain organizations and the Americas’ and European supply chain tax directors. Additionally, you will assist in providing first-hand support to decision makers in matters related to tax and transfer pricing. Furthermore, you will assume the following responsibilities:
- assist the Transfer Pricing Manager Swiss Hubs in questions related to transfer pricing calculations and documentation and maintain documentation standards for all tax-related matters
- contribute to the development and build-up of transfer price documentation for the Americas’ and European supply chain organization incl. construction, collection, and editing of data
- set up storage guidelines for tax documents and processes in connection with transfer prices and profit split
- act as contact person for supply chain tax issues in the Americas and Europe related to transfer pricing justification and Swiss substance questions
- analyze and review various processes for the transfer pricing calculations and the development of data trials for transfer pricing reporting
- actively contribute to year-end calculations and the analysis of business results
- support the Unilever Transfer Pricing team and Swiss Tax Management
- prepare documents for internal and external communication, e.g. answers to tax authorities on supply-chain-related tax questions
- assist in risk management and SOX processes
Not just anyone: You are able to precisely implement and execute processes in full detail with a high quality. Furthermore, you possess:
- Bachelor’s degree (HF) in economics, ideally with a specialization in finance and/or tax
- approximately 3 years’ work experience within an international finance and/or tax environment
- supply chain knowledge and experience in direct tax and transfer pricing advantageous
- basic knowledge of financial and legal issues
- user skills in MS Office, knowledge in SAP FI/CO beneficial
- excellent spoken and written English, fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus
- very good interpersonal skills and the ability to succeed in a multicultural environment
- analytical and persuasive personality with a result-oriented work method
